Alignment quality

Fast Good quality, quickest results. Best for previewing or working with many files. Balanced recommended Better precision, a little slower. Analyses audio at finer detail with more flexible matching. High quality Best precision, slower. Doubles analysis resolution and widens the search. Best for final or archival alignments.

Advanced parameters

Changing a value switches to Custom mode. Reset to preset

Coarse resolution How much to downsample for the initial structural pass. Lower = more precise, slower.

Search flexibility frames How far the fine alignment can deviate from the structural estimate. Wider = more forgiving, slower.

Feature rate How many analysis frames per second. Higher = more precise for fast passages, slower.

Score alignment parameters

Score resolution Downsampling factor for score alignment. 1 = full resolution, slower but more accurate.

Onset emphasis How strongly note attacks are emphasised. Higher = alignment anchors more firmly to clear onsets.

Include alignment settings in output

MEI URI (optional — adds score–performance alignment)

Audio URI prefix (optional — identifier prefix for linked data annotations)

Include pre-calculated waveform envelope (peaks)
